SPORTY LACE

Puede que el encaje sea una de esas tendencias que va y viene según la temporada, pero sin duda es una de las constantes en nuestro armario. Y prueba de ello es esta camisa, de hace ya varias temporadas y a la que nos mantenemos fieles. Lo mejor de este tejido es que se adapta a cualquier estilo. Un ejemplos son estos calcetines, estrenados en Fin de Año con tacones. Quedaban de maravilla entonces pero no podemos resistirnos a ponerlos también con deportivas. ¿Qué os parece? ¿Sois de adaptar prendas de vestir para el día a día o más de reservarlas para ocasiones?

Maybe lace is one of those trends that comes and goes depending on the season, but it is one of the constants in our closet. And proof of that is this shirt, from some seasons ago and to which we keep faithful. The best thing about this fabric is that it fits any style. An example of this are these socks, from New Year's Eve and wore with heels. They match perfectly then, but we can't resist to wear them also with sneakers. What do you think? SHORT DUNGAREE

Cuando "estrenamos" el peto vaquero en esta entrada os dijimos que habíamos recuperado dos de ellos. Pues este es el otro, que hemos cortado y quitado los bolsillos. Nos gusta mucho la combinación de los petos con tacones, especialmente con estos que ya conocéis de sobra. Además, el kimono le da ese toque informal pero arreglado que tanto nos gusta. 

When we wore again our denim dungaree we told you that we had recuperated two of them. Well, this is the other one, we made ir short and we took off the pockets. We love how dungarees look with heels, specially whit these ones that you already know. Besides, the kimono gives the casual but fancy touch that we love so much.

LADY UNLIKE

Lo del look de hoy nos suele pasar bastante a menudo. El tema es que a veces nos apetece arreglarnos algo más de lo habitual, pero cuando nos vemos en el espejo el resultado es quizá un poco demasiado "pijo" para nuestro gusto, así que intentamos romper el estilismo con algún toque más macarra. Eso es lo que le pasó a Carolina, que decidió que lo que mejor para restar seriedad a su modelito eran unos boyfriend. El resultado no podría gustarnos más (ya sabéis lo fans que somos de mezclar estilos). ¿A vosotros que os parece? ¿También tenéis días así?

The story of today's look is somethign that happen to us often. The thing is that sometimes we feel like overdressing a little more than usual, but when we look in the mirror the result is a bit too much "preppy" for us, so we try to break the outfit with some badass touch. This is what happend to Carolina, she decided that the best thing that could reduce seriousness to her outfit were some boyfriends. We love the result (you know we are big fans of mising styles). THE CAP

Cada vez tenemos más claro que por mucho que las modas se vayan no se debe tirar nada, nunca sabes si te lo volverás a poner otra vez algún día. Es el caso de esta gorra. Parece que están volviendo con muchísima fuerza y nos acordamos de que teníamos esta guardada en algún sitio. Así que no lo dudamos, la vimos y resultó el complemento perfecto para el look de Rosalía. Un par de chapas para adornar y voilá. ¿Qué os parece? ¿Sois partidarios de las gorras? It is becoming increasingly clear that as much as the trends go away you can't throw out anything, you never know if you are going to wear it ever again. This is the case of this cap. It seems that caps are coming back really strongly and we remember that we had this one kept somewhere. So we didn't doubt, we saw it and it turned out as the perfect complement for Rosalía's look. STRIPED FLOWERS

Sabemos que nos estamos adelantando a la primavera porque las previsiones para esta semana no son muy buenas, pero el fin de semana aprovechamos los ratitos de sol para hacer las fotos. Además, estamos ya un poco hartas de abrigos, botas y demás... así que nos vamos hacia looks más fresquitos (no aptos todavía para las últimas horas de la tarde). ¡Feliz semana a todos! Ánimo, que ya empieza la cuenta atrás para el buen tiempo :D

We know that we are in a spring mood pretty early because the weather forecast for this week isn't really good. But the weekend was really cool to take pictures. Plus, we are a bit sick of coats, boots and that kind of stuff so we turn the chip to fresher looks (not suitable for the last evening hours). Happy week everyone, summertime is near!

CAMO

Aún no habíamos caído en la tendencia camuflaje porque estaba demasiado en todos lados y nos saturó, al igual que esta camisa. Pero no hemos podido resistirnos más, aunque parece que se ha relajado un poco (o eso queremos creer :D). 

We hadn't fall for camo trend yet because it was too much present and we became a bit exhausted, as it happened with this shirt. But we couldn't resist anymore, although it seems that the madness has relaxed a little (or this it what we want to think :D).

THE SNEAKERS VOL. V

Quinta y última entrega del ciclo sneakers. Esta vez, toca la versión macarrilla con la chaqueta de leopardo y el color burdeos que tanto arrasa esta temporada. Seguimos alucinadas de cómo unos zapatos, a primera vista más brutos, se adaptan a tantísimas propuestas. ¿Os gusta este? ¿Cuál os ha gustado más? Vol. I, Vol. II, Vol. III o Vol. IV.

Chapter fifth and final of the sneakers series. This time, is the turn to the pimp version with the leo jacket and the burgundy colour, so in this season. We are still surprised about how a pair of shoes -a bit brute at the first sight- is able to adapt itself to a lot of proposals. Do you like this one? PAREO SKIRT

Esta falda es una de esas prendas que cuelgas en el armario sin encontrar nunca la combinación perfecta. Hasta el otro día, que Carolina optó por probar con sudadera y Converse. Así sí! :D

This skirt is one of those pieces you hang into your closet but never find the perfect mixing. Until the other day, when Carolina tried with sweatshirt and Converse. This is the way! :D

THE CHEAPER

Llevábamos mucho tiempo detrás de esta chaqueta. La vimos en varias revistas y nos enamoró. Habíamos visto en Asos una muy parecida, pero el precio era un poco desorbitado teniendo en cuenta que se trata de una chaqueta de entretiempo, una estación que en Galicia dura muy poquito, y en invierno con este tipo de prendas como abrigo te puedes morir. Así que, nos decidimos por la de Primark. Obviamente la calidad es inferior, pero pensando en el uso que le vamos a dar, no nos importa tanto. ¿Os gusta? ¿Vosotras estáis dispuestas a invertir mucho dinero en prendas de entretiempo?

We had been following this jacket for a long time, after seeing it in some magazines. We had seen a similar one in Asos, but the price was too high specially for a between-seasons jacket. Where we live, there is no mid point and you could die in winter with a piece like this. So, we decided for the Primark model. Obviously, the quality is lower, but correct for the use we have in mind. Do you like it? Do you preffer to invest a lot of money in expensive between-seasons pieces?

NOT FOR HIM

Ya conocéis nuestra debilidad por los jerséis y camisetas de chico, sobre todo en lo que a Asos se refiere. Curioseando un día la página vimos este de punto. La prenda en sí nos encantó, pero no para chico. Y no era culpa del modelo que lo llevaba puesto... (aquí). Es muy calentito para el invierno, pero habrá que ponérselo con algo por debajo porque es de ese tipo de lana que "pica". Suponemos que conocéis esa sensación :D

You already know our weakness about men sweater and tees, specially when we are talking abou Asos. One day we were snooping on the site and we found this knit one. We suddenly fell in love with the item but not for a boy. And we don't blame the model about it... (here). It is really warm for the winter but we must wear it with somewhat below because it's made in this kind of wool that "itches". We think you probably know this feeling :D

SHINE ON

¡Hola! No sabemos vosotros, pero nosotras ya estamos deseando que llegue el frío y poder ponernos capas y capas de ropa. Lo que creemos que aún no va a ser pronto, ya que en Galicia parece que acabe de empezar el verano. Por eso no podemos más que ponernos ropa fresca y esperar a que esto se termine... En el look de hoy la total protagonista es la falda. Ya os la enseñáramos en esta entrada, pero esta vez la combinación es totalmente diferente. La verdad es que tiene muchas posibilidades más allá de camiseta negra y tacones. ¿Os gusta como la hemos combinado? ¿Cómo os la pondríais vosotros? Hi! We don't know about you, but we are looking forward to the cold weather to come and put lots and lots of clothes. That is not going to happen soon since here in Galicia looks like the summer just began. We can do nothing but put some fresh clothes and wait it ends someday... On today's look the main character is the skirt. We already showed you that on this post, but this time the combination is completely diferent. The truth is that it has many posibilities more than back top and high heels. Do you like how we combined it? How would you wear it? BARGAIN

¡Buenos días! Hoy os traemos la última prenda que ha entrado en nuestro armario. Se trata de la camiseta, comprada en las ultimísimas rebajas por solo 3€! La verdad es que siempre es bueno ir en esta época a ver que es lo que queda por las tiendas rebajado, siempre suele haber gangas interesantes. Por ejemplo, un precioso vestido que veréis dentro de unos meses que marcaba 80€ y lo vendían por solo 10€, obviamente ni siquiera lo pensamos :D Volviendo a la camiseta, nos pareció muy original la abertura en la espalda y bastante combinable por el estampado que tiene. Para estrenarla, Carolina decidió darle un toque hippie con la cinta del pelo. ¿Os gusta el resultado?

Good morning! Today we show you our last purchase in our closet. It is this t-shit, bought on the latest sales for only 3€! THe truth is that is always go take a look in this days and see wath is last on the stores for sale, there ususally are some interesting bargains. For example, a beautiful dress that we will show you in a couple of months that cost 80€ and we got it or only 10€, we didn't even think it :D Back to the t-shirt, we found it very original with the back pening and really combinable for its pattern. To wore it for the first time, Carolina decided to add a hippie touch with the headband. Do you like the result?

LEOPARD TOUCH

¡Buenos días! Sentimos muchísimo haber estado tan ausentes la semana pasada, ahora mismo nos ponemos a contestar vuestros magníficos comentarios. En el look de hoy todo son novedades. Los pantalones de Primark aparecen por primera vez en el blog y tenemos que decir que no podrían ser más cómodos. Las gafas son un regalo de la marca Firmoo que tiene diseños preciosos y muy baratos. Pero lo mejor de todo es que por el primer par de gafas que compres (ya sean de sol o graduadas) solamente se pagan los gastos de envío. Os animamos a que paséis por su página y seguro que picaréis en algo ;) La última novedad es este precioso anillo de Rings&Tings que nos encanta, aporta un toque especial a cualquier look.

Good mornig! We are really sorry for the lack of posts lately, we are now answering all of your amazing comments. Today we have a lot of news. Theese jeans from Primark appear for the first time on the blog and they couldn't be more comfortable. The sunglasses are a gift from Firmoo who have really beautiful designs and very cheap. But the best of all is that with the first pair that you buy (sunnies or glasses) you just need to pay the shipping. THE DOUBT

¿Es posible mezclar una falda plisada con una sudadera y un collar joya? Nosotras lo hemos hecho y vosotras juzgaréis el resultado :D La verdad es que según Carolina se iba vistiendo la idea era como: "Hmm, no sé si me estaré pasando...". Porque hay veces que al combinar prendas en la imaginación queda un look increíble, te lo pones y, tan pronto como te miras al espejo, ya estás deseando quitártelo y olvidar que alguna vez lo intentaste. Otras, el resultado te sorprende y piensas: "He hecho bien arriesgando". De este segundo caso resulta la entrada de hoy. ¿Qué os parece? 

Is it possible to mix a plaited skirt with a sweatshirt and a jewel necklace? We did it and now you can judge the result :D The truth is that while Carolina was dressing up, the idea was like: "Hmmm, I don't know if it'll be too much...". Sometimes, mixing pieces in your head makes an awesome look, you wear them and, as soon as you see it in the mirror, you are counting seconds to take them off and forget that one day you try to. Other times, the result is surprising and you think: "It was a good idea to risk". From this second case comes today's post. What do you think about it?

VERSATILITY

Nunca dejará de sorprendernos la versatilidad de unos vaqueros. Con una chaqueta chandalística como esta, lo más probable era que el resultado fuese un look de lo más informal. Peeero.... Añadiéndole las sandalias de tacón, el resultado cambia por completo. Sin llegar a ser un outfit elegante, el estilo deportivo de la chaqueta ya no cobra tanto poder. ¿Os gusta la mezcla? The verstality of a pair of jeans is something that always will surprise us. With a sportive jacket like this one, the most likely result would be a casual look. Buuuut.... Adding the heels, it changes completely. LISBON DIARIES: NEW IN...

¡Hemos vuelto! Ayer llegamos a casa y, como no, lo prometido es deuda. Lo primero, fue deshacer la maleta y lo siguiente, sacar fotos a todas nuestras nuevas adquisiciones para mostrároslas. Cada vez que vamos a Lisboa, que suele ser bastante a menudo, aprovechamos para visitar y arrasar en Primark porque es una de las pocas tiendas que no tenemos a mano en nuestro día a día. Por eso, la mayoría de las compras que veréis son de allí. Antes de seguir, queremos hacer mención especial a la primera imagen, una impresionantísima camisa regalo de Sugarlips. No podemos esperar para estrenarla cuanto antes ;D

We are back! We got home yesterday and, of course, we wanted to pay our debt. First of all, we unpack and next, we took pictures of our new purchases to show you all. Everytime we go to Lisbon, what happens really often, is a chance for a visit to Primark because is one of the few brands we can't reach in our normal life. That's why most of our purchases are from there. Before continue, we want to talk about the first image, an awesome blouse gift from Sugarlips. We can't wait to wear it ASAP ;D

THE JUMPSUIT

¡Buenos días! Tendréis que disculparnos, pero esta semana también va a ser algo caótica. No podremos estar tan activas con el blog como nos gustaría, pero intentaremos no dejarlo muy de lado. La prenda estrella del look de hoy es este mono floreado. Al principio éramos reacias a comprar esta pieza, la veíamos algo incómoda y poco ponible. Pero al ver el estampado y los colores de este, así como su corte, no pudimos resistirnos. Un par de complementos en dorado para no desviar mucho la atención y ¡listo! ¿Os gusta?

Good morning! We have to apologize, but this week is going to be a little chaotic too. We can not be very active with the blog, but we will try not to drop it. The strar piece in the look is this floral jumpsuit. At first we didn't like this trend so much, we thought it was a little uncomfortable and slightly wearable. But when we saw this one, we couldn't resist. A couple of golden accesories not to divert much attention and there it goes! Do you like it?

¡Polka dot everywhere! Aunque lo de los zapatos sean más bien tachuelas, la apariencia es de puntitos que se unen a los de la camiseta. Es que no pudimos resistirnos a estrenar todo lo que compramos y enseñároslo. En este caso, Carolina se puso la camiseta y los zapatos nuevos para un paseo mañanero. ¡Qué tengais un buen día!
