SPORT FEVER

Hacer deporte está de moda. Las grandes cadenas lo saben y ya empiezan a sacarle partido. La última en apuntarse a la fabricación de ropa para el gimnasio es Bershka -aunque  la colección no está disponible todavía-. Pero no es la primera de las marcas de Inditex que lo hace. Hace ya un par de temporadas que en Oysho ya se vendían este tipo de prendas. También Mango sacaba una línea sport el año pasado, junto a la de lencería y la de niños. Y, por supuesto, H&M, que ya es una veterana en esto (será porque los nórdicos son más activos jejeje). Una vez más, las firmas low cost son una muy buena alternativa a las marcas de toda la vida como Nike o Adidas, que tras un tiempo en el olvido están en su mejor momento. Así que ya no hay excusa para no estar fantásticas mientras nos mantenemos en forma :)

Staying fit is so in right now. The big companies know it and they begin to take advantage of it. The last one to join the manufactoring of gym clothes is Bershka -although the collection is not available yet-. But it's not the first of the Inditex brands to do it. It's been a couple of seasons that Oysho already sells this kind of pieces. Also Mango presented a sport line last year, with their lingerie and kids collections. And, of course, H&M, that is a true veteran in this (maybe because nordic people are more active hehehe). Once again, low cost firms are a really good alternative to brands like Nike or Adidas, that after a time in the shadows they are booming again. So there is no longer an excuse not to be fantastic while we keep in shape :)

FALL TRENDS

El otro día acudimos al programa "En buena hora" de Telemiño -el canal local de Ourense- para analizar las tendencias más importantes que durante este otoño/invierno van a llenar nuestros armarios. Para hacerlo más ameno, las redujimos en cuatro looks en los que creemos que está recogido más o menos todo lo que se va a llevar. Aquí os los dejamos para que nos deis vuestra opinión. ¡Feliz fin de semana!

The other day we went to a tv show in our local television to analize the top trends that during this fall/winter will fill our closets. To make them more entertaining we reduced them into four looks in which we think are represented the main trends of this year. Here you have them to give us your opinions. Happy weekend!

ATEMPORAL FLOWERS

Seguro que ya conocéis estos pantalones. Son de H&M del verano pasado. Todas nos los compramos pero su boom duró un suspiro. A nosotras nos siguen encantando y nos parecen geniales para esta época. Esto nos lleva a una reflexión sobre la que llevamos algo de tiempo hablando... ¿Qué hacen las bloggers con la ropa cuando deja de verse en todos lados? Por ejemplo, las sneakers de Isabel Marant (y sus derivados) o ¿qué pasará dentro de un par de meses con la famosísima falda pantalón de Zara? ¿Tan poca vida tienen las prendas para alguna gente? A nosotras, como veis, la ropa nos dura más de una temporada. En cualquier caso, ¿qué opináis sobre este tema? 

We are sure you already know these pants. They are from H&M from last year. WE all bought them but their boom lasted less than a sigh. We still love them and think they are great for this season. This take us to a deliberation we've been thinking about for a while... What do bloggers do with clothes when they stop being seen everywhere? For example, the Isabel Marant sneakers (and their derivates) or what will happen with the more than famous wrap skirt form Zara? Do clothes last so little for some people? We, as you can see, use our clothes more than one season. Anyway, what do you think about this?

ALL ABOUT THE STRIPES

Todavía no habíamos picado en las rayas verticales, pero teníamos esta camisa en mente desde hace un tiempo y el otro día no la dejamos escapar. Y, cómo no, no aguantamos sin enseñárosla ni un momento. La combinación arreglada pero informal, la americana favorita de Carolina y unos buenos tacones (sabemos que ya los enseñamos un par de veces, pero es que quedan bien con todo!!). Todavía tenemos un par de cositas nuevas más que enseñaros, ¡así que estad atentos! 

We hadn't chopped at anything with vertical stripes yet, but we had this blouse in mind for some time ago and last Saturday we didn't let it go. And, of course, we couldn't help showing it to you any longer. The combination is neat but casual, Carolina's favourite blazer and some heels (we konw we showed them a couple of times already, but they match with everything!!). We still have some new stuff to show you, so stay tuned!

DOTS, STRIPES AND SKULLS

Al acabar de hacer las fotos y editarlas, nos dimos cuenta de que iban a ir dos entradas seguidas con estampado de lunares. Pero como creemos que los looks no tienen nada que ver, simplemente es una anécdota. Estas son las otras gafas nuevas de Asos, más discretitas jejeje. Y, para estrenarlas, Carolina optó por combinar hasta tres estampados diferentes. El resultado nos encanta. ¿Qué os parece?

When we took the photos we moticed that they would be two posts row with dotted print. But we think that the looks are completely different, so it is just an anecdote. These are the other new Asos sunnies, a bit more discrete hehehe. And, for wear them, Carolina chose three different prints. We love the result. What do you think?

SPRING PROPOSALS

Ayer a mediodía estuvimos en el canal local de Ourense, Telemiño, como podéis ver en este vídeo. Nos invitaron a participar en el programa "En buena hora", que presenta Nora Sola, con algunas propuestas de cómo vestir en primavera o en las vacaciones de Semana Santa. Nos hemos ido hacia looks pensados en destinos más calurosos porque ya estamos hartas del frío. Aunque estuvimos viendo muchísimas tiendas, al final nos decidimos por Zara, H&M, Mango y Pull&Bear para componer cinco propuestas que creemos que abarcan diferentes gustos y rangos de edad. ¿Con cuál os quedáis?

Yesterday afternoon we were at the local channel in Ourense, Telemiño, as you can see in the video (though you probably won't understand a thing :S). We were invited to participate with a couple of spring and Springbreak looks. We chose some outfits for a little hotter places because we are sock of cold. Though we were looking a lot of brands, we decided to choose Zara, H&M, Mango and Pull&Bear to compose five proposals for different ages and styles. Which one is your favourite?

CAMO

Aún no habíamos caído en la tendencia camuflaje porque estaba demasiado en todos lados y nos saturó, al igual que esta camisa. Pero no hemos podido resistirnos más, aunque parece que se ha relajado un poco (o eso queremos creer :D). 

We hadn't fall for camo trend yet because it was too much present and we became a bit exhausted, as it happened with this shirt. But we couldn't resist anymore, although it seems that the madness has relaxed a little (or this it what we want to think :D).

WINTER FEVER II

La semana pasada os enseñábamos nuestra lista de los jerseys que más nos gustan para esta temporada. Hoy es el turno de otra de nuestras prendas favoritas del invierno, los gorros y sombreros. Nos gustan de todos los estilos y la verdad es que nos es un poco difícil resistirnos a comprarnos más... ¿Que os parece esta selección?

Last week we showed you our list of the sweaters we like the most for this season. Today is the turn of another of our favourites pieces for the winter, hats and beanies. We like every model and style and the truth is that for us is really dificult to resist to buy more... What do you think of this selection?

THE CALM BEFORE THE STORM

El tiempo empieza a estar algo revoltoso y no hay un día que sea como el anterior. De eso se trata el entretiempo, ir acostumbrándose poco a poco al frío. Por eso empezaremos a publicar look un poco caóticos, unos con jerseys de lana, otros con pantalones capri... La verdad es que el sol ayuda en el momento de hacer las fotos y seguro que lo echaremos de menos cuando venga el invierno definitivamente. Para el estilismo, Carolina decidió estrenar nuestros pendientes nuevos de H&M. ¿Os gustan?

The weather is being a little rebel and we don't have one day like the other. That is what the period between seasons is like, getting used to cold weather. So we are going to publish really chaotic looks, one with wool sweaters, other with capri pants... The truth is that the sun helps a lot in the moment of taking he pictures and we are going to miss it when the winter comes finally. For this outfit, Carolina decided to wear for the first time our new earrings from H&M. Do you like them?

THE DOUBT

¿Es posible mezclar una falda plisada con una sudadera y un collar joya? Nosotras lo hemos hecho y vosotras juzgaréis el resultado :D La verdad es que según Carolina se iba vistiendo la idea era como: "Hmm, no sé si me estaré pasando...". Porque hay veces que al combinar prendas en la imaginación queda un look increíble, te lo pones y, tan pronto como te miras al espejo, ya estás deseando quitártelo y olvidar que alguna vez lo intentaste. Otras, el resultado te sorprende y piensas: "He hecho bien arriesgando". De este segundo caso resulta la entrada de hoy. ¿Qué os parece? 

Is it possible to mix a plaited skirt with a sweatshirt and a jewel necklace? We did it and now you can judge the result :D The truth is that while Carolina was dressing up, the idea was like: "Hmmm, I don't know if it'll be too much...". Sometimes, mixing pieces in your head makes an awesome look, you wear them and, as soon as you see it in the mirror, you are counting seconds to take them off and forget that one day you try to. Other times, the result is surprising and you think: "It was a good idea to risk". From this second case comes today's post. What do you think about it?

LISBON DIARIES: NEW IN...

¡Hemos vuelto! Ayer llegamos a casa y, como no, lo prometido es deuda. Lo primero, fue deshacer la maleta y lo siguiente, sacar fotos a todas nuestras nuevas adquisiciones para mostrároslas. Cada vez que vamos a Lisboa, que suele ser bastante a menudo, aprovechamos para visitar y arrasar en Primark porque es una de las pocas tiendas que no tenemos a mano en nuestro día a día. Por eso, la mayoría de las compras que veréis son de allí. Antes de seguir, queremos hacer mención especial a la primera imagen, una impresionantísima camisa regalo de Sugarlips. No podemos esperar para estrenarla cuanto antes ;D

We are back! We got home yesterday and, of course, we wanted to pay our debt. First of all, we unpack and next, we took pictures of our new purchases to show you all. Everytime we go to Lisbon, what happens really often, is a chance for a visit to Primark because is one of the few brands we can't reach in our normal life. That's why most of our purchases are from there. Before continue, we want to talk about the first image, an awesome blouse gift from Sugarlips. We can't wait to wear it ASAP ;D

WALKING AROUND LISBON

Qué tal? Sentimos haber dejado abandonado esto unos días. Creímos que al estar de vacaciones nos sería más fácil actualizar y responder a cada uno de vuestros comentarios. Al final, parece que el caos del día a día acaba por dejarnos más tiempo para seguir ciertas rutinas. No os pasa lo mismo? 

Estamos ya en Lisboa, ciudad a la que venimos cada vez que tenemos ocasión. Como ya os hemos contado, esta vez nos trae aquí el festival Optimus Alive, en el que tocarán algunos de nuestros grupos favoritos. Estamos contando las horas y minutos... El resto de veces, son temas de cercanías personales los que nos llaman. Es una ciudad que nunca deja de sorprender. Qué os parece el look de Carolina para dar una vuelta por la capital portuguesa?

How are you? We are really sorry about abandoning this for a few days. We thought that being on holidays would give us more time to post and answer your comments, but it's not going as we planned. Finally, it seems that the everyday chaos lets us more chance to follow some routines. Doesn't the same happen to you?

We already are in Lisbon, city we love and where we come as frequently as we can. As we told you, the Optimus Alive festival is the main purpose of our travel, some of our favourite bands will be  playing there. Counting hours and minutes... Because of personal reasons, we tend to visit this city a lot. It never disappoints us. What do you think about Carolina's look to walk around Portugal's capital city?

TYE-DYE OBSESSION

¿Qué tal? Dentro de exactamente una semana estaremos en el festival Optimus Alive en Lisboa y no podemos estar más emocionadas! Haremos montones de fotos y os enseñaremos cómo nos lo hemos pasado. Últimamente nos está pegando fuerte con la tendencia del tye-dye (el desteñido de toda la vida). La última prenda es esta camiseta. ¿Os gusta? ¡Feliz viernes!
